🚨 Important Update for SBI Credit Cardholders! 💳

SBI Card just dropped some major revisions to their reward point redemption policies to take effect on April 1, 2026:

 1. New Monthly Redemption Cap You will now be capped at redeeming a maximum of 60,000 Reward Points per month for statement credit.

(Exemptions: Air India SBI Signature Card, PhonePe SBI Card PURPLE, and PhonePe SBI Card SELECT BLACK).  

2. Fixed Redemption Multiples

Say goodbye to redeeming random point amounts! Moving forward,

statement credit redemptions can only be made in exact multiples of 4,000 Points. (Exemptions: PhonePe SBI Card PURPLE and PhonePe SBI Card SELECT BLACK).  

The Takeaway: If you have been hoarding a massive stash of SBI reward points, you need to strategize. You have until the end of March 2026 to redeem your points under the old rules before these new caps and block-multiples kick in.
